On December 30, 2009, I tried signing into my gmail account so that I could retrieve my google documents. I can’t describe the utter horror that came over me as I discovered that google had deleted my account.
It is gone. It doesn’t exist anymore.
And I have no idea why. No one has given me an explanation.
There is no one to talk to at Google. Their problem resolution system...

I had the privilege of hearing James Watkins speak at Taylor University in my Freelance Writing class that I took under Dennis Hensley. He’s very funny!

Aspiring Writers take note:
Unless it is offered in context of a writer’s conference, it is rude and presumptuous to ask someone to “plug you in” somewhere in the field of publishing unless it is offered to you.
If you want to make contacts, do your own networking. Where do you do this? At writer’s conferences, or by joining a professional writing group.
